Soca Monarch is on tonight!
The battle is on and come tonight this Fantastic Friday in Trinidad, artistes will compete to gain the coveted title of Soca Monarch 2010. This year will see competitors from Grenada, St Vincent, Barbados among others and the host country Trinidad. Faye Ann Lyonns is the defending Soca Monarch champion and by the looks of things, she is ready to defend her title. ST Lucia's own Studio 758, are the producers behind Faye Ann's power hits, which has been getting much airplay and response at the fetes.
This year, Soca Monarch will feature some of the biggest party hits that has been gaining increase crowd response through the season. Songs such as Palance by JW & Blaze, Police by Shal Mashall and Screws, Template by TC among others, are big competitors in this competition. Who will take home the crown? The stage is set, the vibe is ready and it is time for the 2010 International Soca Monarch, this Fantastic Friday, February 12, Trinidad.
