Looks like the talk about St Lucia Carnival is more than anticipated at this time. It is February and with carnival in St Lucia in July, the talk of which band costumes are exciting, hott, interesting and more is the word on the street. It has officially begun and with Trinidad Carnival a few days away, looks like St Lucia Carnival, will be one to remember in 2010. " I must be in carnIval"
